Get to Know Us

Secure Wealth Advisory Group was founded in 2012 built on the foundation that most financial advisors get it all wrong. Brian was working in the back office of a large financial services firm and helping independent financial advisors and insurance agents build retirement plans for their clients. Too often he found himself believing that those advisors were more interested in their personal outcomes than the outcomes of their clients. Based on that notion, he felt a moral responsibility to start helping retirees directly. With that, Secure wealth advisory group was born.

Our founder, Brian Gragert

Brian grew up in Silver Lake, Kansas in a blue-collar family focused on doing the right thing, and working hard to earn the important things in life. In the summers he helped on his grandparent's farm and mowed lawns to buy himself the things kids tend to want, but often instead saving the money after learning how hard it was to earn the money.

Brian and his wife, Kelly, reside in Topeka, Kansas, raising two amazing kids, Kinley and Kellan. Most weekends, they can be found at the ballpark. Softball and baseball are kind of a big deal for the Gragert's. Brian has always had a passion for cars and motorcycles, and still proudly owns a 1969 Camaro he worked hard to save up for and buy when he was in high school, helping to foster the strong work ethic instilled in him today.
